I've watched the last video from Seven-G and let me say this: what a marvel!!
I have one suggestion, which I know it's not the most important thing, but it would be a really sweet original feature, that is not seen in any simulator yet, if that could be implemented. Here is the idea:
Having a cockpit camera view, towards the pilot, as in your latest video, it would be extraordinary if the pilot upper body would lean and bend, depending on the amount of G-forces and the head movements, gotten from the IR head tracking device.
